Threats to Our Survival and the Urgency of Peace
Although we live in a world marked by violence, injustice, suffering and trauma, we are a people of hope. Our Christian tradition is built on the solid belief that Jesus came to usher in a new kind of peace. Advances in science affirm the need for peace as a necessary dimension of a healthy of mind and body. Join us this year as we explore how faith and science can work together to build a better peace through our political engagement, pastoral outreach, and psychological practice.
